Catharsis, or Primal Therapy: Mama Myth Mending is as gentle as can be and all the more powerful because of it…….. Catharsis can actually be re-traumatizing and while it can blow off some steam it just isn’t as efficient as the slow gentle invitation and careful re-imprinting we will do together…….
Birth Story Telling: While we will be working with birth and mothering stories, you won’t just be telling me your story – that can also be re-traumatizing….. Instead, we will be using the stories as starting places for deep and meaningful discovery, resolution and healing…….. no joke…….
